With a move looming around the corner, house renovations, a baby due in 3 months and two sugar-high, goldfish-stuffed kids dumping out EVERYTHING we own, the past few weeks have been a bit crazy.
I can definitely use all the energy I can get. The kids, on the other hand…
The hubs has also started a new healthy eating and exercise regiment. And honestly, I don’t really need much motivation to whip up a healthy snack…or any snack.
I knew that I needed to make some of my most beloved, sweet ‘n salty, nutrient-packed energy bites.
Due to my growing list of to-dos, I’m gonna keep this short, sweet and to the bite-size point.
Creamy peanut butter, chocolate and coconut – can you really say no to these guys? I certainly ain’t mad at ’em.
The genius is that you can grab these little healthy treats for breakfast as you’re headed out the door or as midday pick-me-up from that 3pm energy lull. (You know you hate 3pm!)
They’re creamy and crunchy and salty and sweet and just all things delicious and good for you.
